You will be the Technical Training Associate Manager for the Manufacturing Training team. Our team is responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining high‑impact manufacturing skill training across the Dallas site.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Technical Training Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a group of technical trainers and ensuring that training programs meet production demands and support continuous improvement.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve training curricula for electrical, mechanical, optical, machining, and micro‑electronic production.

  • Schedule training sessions to align with the of five factories and multiple labs, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

  • Partner with production leadership and counterparts at other sites to evaluate course requirements and adopt new technologies.

  • Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging training methods and tools.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience teaching manufacturing skills

- Experience developing new courses

- Experience leading a team

- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications

- Demonstrated presentation skills
Desired Skills:
-Expertise in training in one or more of the following areas: mechanical assembly, machining, electrical assembly, fabrication of printed wiring boards, and circuit card assembly.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
