Our team oversees the full lifecycle of the Launch Tube Assembly system—including the composite launch tube, forward & aft covers, umbilical connections, missile restraint mechanisms, launch motor/booster igniter, and the interface to the Command Launch Assembly (CLA) and its variants.

• Coordinate and execute development and qualification test campaigns, capturing results, tracking open issues, and driving corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary technical conduit between the LTA supplier and the AUR/CLA IPTs, translating program needs into supplier deliverables.
• Support the Launch Motor Engineering SMT Technical Lead on cross functional tasks, providing LTA expertise as needed.
• Manage risk registers, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend mitigation strategies throughout the product’s lifecycle.
• Oversee production readiness reviews, ensuring the LTA is manufacturable, maintainable, and field serviceable.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical champion for best practices in supplier management and systems integration.
