As a Logistics Analyst in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, you will support the Operations Coordinator in enhancing safety culture, quality standards, process improvements, and operational results. This full-time role involves data analysis, KPI consolidation, productivity projects, and ensuring compliance with audits and SOX procedures. You will play a key part in inventory management, returns processing, and leading programs like SCA (Site Classification Assessment) and Motor+. Ideal for proactive professionals passionate about logistics optimization in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Build monthly results presentations, conduct team meetings to review performance, and develop action plans for metrics below target. Consolidate key KPIs and report to leaders. Support budget delivery by analyzing planned vs. actual variances and highlighting best practices.
Aid in product intake from transfers, participate in monthly inventories ensuring no systemic issues, track daily returns of boxes and fractionated goods, and ensure discharges are stored per standards. Manage CHEP pallet movements with periodic inventories.
Guarantee safety, quality policy adherence in audits, execute SOX procedures, and maintain documentation for validation. Lead SCA program to achieve Showcase level, Motor+ committees, and 5S audits. Promote Lean Six Sigma methodologies to support company AOP goals.
Identify maintenance needs for facilities and equipment, assist in visual management materials and startup meetings, develop frontline training, support multi-site projects, and represent the coordinator in tactical forums. Handle facilities tasks like purchases and licenses.
We seek candidates with a complete bachelor's degree, preferably with specialization in logistics, supply chain, or related fields. Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations, is essential. A proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to results is key.
