The STAGE - Assistant(e) Planification Logistique position is a 6-month internship starting early March 2026 at PepsiCo's office in Colombes (92700), France. As part of the Supply Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring service objectives and stock management for a product category. This internship offers a unique interface between downstream Supply Chain teams (Demand Planning, Customer Service) and upstream teams (Production Planning and Deployment). Your contributions will maximize product availability while minimizing impacts on PepsiCo France's Profit & Loss (P&L), including storage overcosts, obsolescence, and penalties. Ideal for Bac+4/Bac+5 students from business or engineering schools with logistics experience, this role provides hands-on exposure to international supply chain operations in a dynamic, brand-driven environment.
In cases of discrepancies between customer demand and supply plans, coordinate decision-making to minimize risks to service and P&L. Communicate product availability risks to business teams and deploy action plans with Supply Chain colleagues, including quota implementation, GPA management, and capacity handling.
Provide visibility on flow and storage capacities to transport and distribution teams. Animate scenarios in weekly steering sessions to secure product availability and minimize P&L impacts.
Identify obsolescence risks and collaborate with commercial teams and logistics coordinators to implement action plans, reducing risks and maximizing stock clearance where possible.
Track and manage key performance indicators for PepsiCo France, including In-Full (IF), Obsolètes, and Days Inventory Outstanding (DII). Perform root cause analysis and lead associated action plans across Supply Chain teams.
Contribute to the rollout and enhancement of the new 'Way of Working' processes, including tools and communication improvements.
To excel in this Logistics Planning Assistant internship at PepsiCo, candidates should hold a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree from a business school or engineering program, with prior internship experience in logistics. Essential qualities include strong analytical capabilities, rigor, autonomy, initiative, a passion for numbers, and synthesis skills. Daily interactions with French-speaking partners require fluency in French (oral and written). Knowledge of English is a valuable plus. If you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and are eager to tackle supply chain challenges, this role is for you.
PepsiCo offers a competitive package for this internship, including a monthly stipend ranging from €1100 to €1500. Enjoy a flexible work environment with telework possible up to 2 days per week, access to the company restaurant (RIE), and 1 additional day of leave per month worked.
