Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will ensure zone/country operations receive the support required and organize to satisfy customer requirement with customer focused methods and solutions
• You will promote and communicate a culture of process improvement (and the associated benefits) cross-functionally within the organization from a logistics and customer focused perspective
• You will ensure optimization of the logistics infrastructure whilst adhering to budgets and maximizing cost effectiveness
• You will promote the use of existing KPI metric system: work with supply chain operations teams to resolve performance issues and ensure achievement of KPI targets to maintain customer satisfaction
• You will report and communicate to senior directors/management on problems which arise and suggest solutions on how to overcome them

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
• Business professional with minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a Planning, Logistics or Procurement function
• Proven experience of working with Microsoft office 365 and on data analytics
• Proven experience of dealing with external and internal customers on a global basis so intercultural understanding and sensitivity are very important

• You are a team player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders to lead meetings effectively across various functions
• You have a good working knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics Processes and Reporting Techniques
• You have great analytical skills with high attention to detail and process orientated approach to work
• You are a problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
• You are self-directing, goal orientated and able to prioritize your workload
