Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's defensive driving requirements by conducting training sessions for employees throughout Kyrgyzstan and monitoring standard compliance. Promote a culture of safe driving through innovative methods and performance metrics improvement.
Oversee health, safety, and food safety standards on owned and leased warehouses. Organize quality operations for vehicles and loading equipment, participate in developing safety culture initiatives, and maintain logistics technical infrastructure, including warehouse machinery contracts and supplier sourcing.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for vehicles and forklifts, ensuring impeccable external appearance and technical readiness. Lead field audits, operational meetings, and safety incident investigations, implementing corrective actions to enhance logistics safety.
Actively engage in E2E agendas, including Lean Six Sigma (LSS), LEAN projects, GEHSMS, and team events to drive efficiency and quality across the supply chain.
