Role Overview

As Logistics/Transport Manager in Levis, Quebec, you will report to the department manager and play a pivotal role in transportation activities. Collaborating closely with team members, you will manage, coach, and support 20-30 drivers across multiple Quebec locations, both on the road and in the yard. This full-time position demands strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evening, night, and weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Operations

Lead a team of 20-30 drivers effectively, ensuring safe transport operations that align with performance standards. Foster team development to enhance decision-making for operational needs.

Execution and Collaboration

Deliver timely operations in partnership with operations, sales operations, and sales teams. Execute special projects, including technological advancements, and support the department's strategy for sustainable outcomes.

Compliance and Safety

Uphold PepsiCo policies, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and road safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree paired with relevant experience in manufacturing or logistics. A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role is required, along with mandatory bilingualism in French and English.
