Role Overview

The Loss Manager position in Tampa, Florida, is a pivotal leadership role within PepsiCo's North America Beverage organization. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee Loss Supervisors to ensure seamless settlement processes for delivered products, minimizing financial losses. This role involves covering team vacancies, implementing best practices for loss and accounts receivable (AR) efficiencies, and partnering with national and CCO customers to eliminate processing barriers. Key Responsibilities

As Loss Manager, your core duties focus on operational excellence and loss mitigation:

  • Oversee a team of 3 settlement supervisors, developing and tracking KPIs such as dispute win/loss success, time to respond to disputes, funds recovery time, and dispute accuracy.
  • Maintain open driver receivables to company standards and ensure all routes are settled and finalized on time.
  • Achieve annual loss productivity savings targets of 35% through process optimizations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with division peers, AR, CCO teams, GMAS, delivery leaders, KAMs, sales leaders, and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to enforce Settlement Control Standards.
  • Coordinate with Area Delivery Managers (ADMs), sales, and warehouse teams to address process gaps and resolve settlement opportunities.

Additional Leadership Duties

Build administrative team capabilities by identifying opportunities and action plans. Support GMAS onboarding, connect weekly with MCC AR leads to tackle gaps, and foster relationships with NASS leads for national customer productivity. Your efforts will directly contribute to PepsiCo's bottom line by reducing losses and enhancing efficiencies in PBUS operations.
