Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead execution of Lyft's most impactful AI transformation programs, reporting to the AI executive.
• Scan the organization to identify high-potential AI use cases in People (HR), Finance, and Legal operations.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs and automation tools to enhance workflows.
• Evangelize AI adoption, facilitating workshops and training for technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with People, Finance, and Legal leaders to redesign end-to-end processes.
• Apply product management frameworks: create roadmaps, map user journeys, prioritize features using data.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle Financials, and end-to-end processes.

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, RPA (UiPath), and integration tools (Workato).
