Key Responsibilities

1. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to conduct comprehensive deep-dive analyses identifying root causes of operational issues and proposing scalable solutions.
2. Develop robust frameworks, business logic, and automated processes to streamline reporting workflows, enhance decision-making, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
3. Forecast operational requirements including staffing, inventory, and resource allocation to maintain superior service levels while meeting contractual obligations and financial targets.
4. Provide ongoing analytical support to cross-functional partners, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnosing performance gaps, and delivering actionable insights through executive presentations.
5. Leverage SQL and advanced analytics to monitor rideable theft patterns, implementing predictive models to mitigate losses and optimize asset utilization.
6. Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to analyze and improve device performance metrics across bikeshare and scooter fleets.

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
