Key Responsibilities

• Operate, control, and maintain processing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products per KPIs.

• Ensure raw materials availability, hygienic equipment maintenance, and optimal line efficiency.
• Calculate and report material efficiencies (basic, seasoning, oil) and minimize energy usage (water, electricity, gas).
• Manage process workers, including breaks, cleaning, and time tracking, while upholding good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Highlight issues to managers, report hazards, and stop production if out of specification after consulting lab technicians.
• Conduct running patrols via checklists, support audits (IPS, Food Safety, EHS), and communicate shift activities.
