Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, your primary accountabilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production line(s) to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Removing or shifting materials and finished products to maintain proper flow on the line.
• Ensuring package and product quality through rigorous inspection processes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Operating all manufacturing equipment, including new technologies, safely and efficiently.
• Cleaning equipment and work areas before, during, and after shifts to uphold housekeeping standards.
• Expediting repairs by collaborating with maintenance teams as needed.
• Maintaining accurate daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere with regular, reliable attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

The minimum requirement is being 18 years or older. No advanced degree is needed, making this an accessible entry point into manufacturing.

Helpful Experience
