Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll ensure PepsiCo's production lines run smoothly and deliver top-quality products. Primary accountabilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production lines, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and palletizers, to maximize efficiency.
• Moving raw materials and finished products to maintain proper flow, including lifting cases of 20-45 pounds repeatedly.
• Performing package and flavor changeovers, product inspections, and quality assurance checks.
• Safely batching syrup using high-shear/high-speed mixers in a timely manner.
• Handling shipping/receiving of concentrates and conducting weekly inventory and PQI duties.
• Conducting preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and expediting maintenance support.
• Maintaining a clean work area through rigorous housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Keeping accurate daily records of downtime, machine operations, and production metrics.
• Collaborating in a team-oriented atmosphere with regular, reliable attendance.

Physical demands include standing/walking most of the shift, stooping, crawling, and crouching under conveyors.

Qualifications & Requirements
