Location: Bangalore, IN

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test automotive systems, components, and assemblies
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
  • Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Lead product development from concept through production launch
  • Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or engineering
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Professional engineering certification (PE, CQE)
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles
  • Leadership or project management experience
