Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman certification in relevant trade
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
- PLC or robotics programming experience
