Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines
  • Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
  • Train and mentor team members on production processes
  • Track and report production metrics and performance data
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with automated manufacturing systems
