Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines
- Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
- Train and mentor team members on production processes
- Track and report production metrics and performance data
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- 2-4 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems
