Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll respond immediately to reports of non-functioning equipment from guests and staff, maintaining a detailed problem logbook to prioritize repairs. You'll perform essential fixes on rooms, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and general plumbing, while also handling HVAC systems, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning maintenance. Daily tasks include preparing the preventative maintenance cart, conducting routine equipment checks, and ensuring the overall appearance of rooms, lobbies, restaurants, furniture, carpets, and decorations. You'll report hazards, execute the Room Preventative Maintenance Program (R.P.M.), and manage full building systems during your shift. Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of general facility maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality. You'll need a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, plus working knowledge of computers and math. Experience in pool maintenance, HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical work is highly beneficial, with HVAC CPO certifications preferred. Physically, the role demands occasional lifting up to 100 pounds, standing for extended periods, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and exerting well-paced mobility over an 8-hour shift. 100% hearing accuracy with correction is required.
