  • Training the autonomous maintenance team on equipment knowledge, Clean-Inspect-Lubricate routines, and fault diagnostics.
  • Leading root cause analysis sessions with technical expertise.
  • Promoting and upholding 5S standards across the plant for a lean, organized workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements
