Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

•         Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machine tools and related equipment.

•         Diagnose and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in CNC machines

•         Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

•         Attend shutdown Maintenance work fall on holiday/Sunday

•         Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

•         Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

•         Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

•         Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

•         Work in all three shifts on a rotation basis & 6 days shift.

•         Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.

•         Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary components. Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.

•         Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

•         Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the machine tool industry.

•         Strong knowledge of different types of CNC machines-HBMs, VMCs, VTLs, CNC Lathes,

•         conventional Lathes, Milling machines, Surface Grinding machines and other machine tools &

•         Fabrication Shop Machinery-different type of Welding machinery, Heavying ovens etc..

•         Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

•         Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

•         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•         12-15 Years Hands-on experience in Maintenance field - Heavy Engineering Machine Tool Ind.

•         Proficiency in using maintenance management software i.e. CMMS

•         Proficiency in Office-365

•         Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

•         Strong organizational and management skills.

•         Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy equipment.

•         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•         Eager to learn new skills & have hands-on experience to work on machinery, different types of EOT

•         Cranes / MHE vehicle

•         Having knowledge of ISO:9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
