Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel customer areas and heart-of-house in line with brand standards through preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond immediately to reports of non-functioning equipment from guests and staff, prioritizing via a problem logbook.
• Perform room repairs, including appliances, bathroom fixtures, mirrors, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property, including lobbies, restaurants, furniture, carpets, and decorations.
• Manage full building systems during shifts, prepare maintenance carts, and ensure all equipment operates optimally.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a Maintenance Engineer II, candidates need a minimum of 4+ years of general facility maintenance experience, ideally in hospitality.
