Role Overview

The Maintenance Engineering I position at Nike's Icheon Customer Service Center in the Republic of Korea is ideal for detail-oriented engineers passionate about utility systems and material handling equipment. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll ensure the reliability of critical DC infrastructure, including boilers, chillers, ASRS, and conveyors. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll handle a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep the DC running smoothly:

• Manage and maintain utility systems such as boilers, chillers, and other critical infrastructure.
• Perform breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facilities including ASRS, conveyors, fire protection systems, and electrical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct root cause analysis for failures to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations while maintaining required certifications.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Operations, Planning, and Technology, plus external vendors for support.
• Manage inventory for spare parts and critical components to support ongoing operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving facility reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably with utility and automated equipment.
• Associate degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
