The Maintenance Fitter - Day Shift position at PepsiCo's Regency Park facility offers a permanent full-time opportunity with The Smith’s Snackfood Company. This day shift role runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 2:30pm and Friday from 6:00am to midday, providing an excellent work-life balance. Based in Regency Park, South Australia, you'll maintain critical plant and equipment in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring operational efficiency for some of the world's most loved snack brands. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll be the frontline expert in keeping production lines running smoothly. Key responsibilities include performing troubleshooting, planned preventive maintenance, minor installations, commissioning work, and corrective maintenance on plant and equipment. You'll update and extract data from the SAP Computerised Maintenance Management System to track performance and maintenance history. All work must be executed professionally, timely, and safely within PepsiCo's robust Safety and Environmental management systems. You'll also assist in identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements to maintenance procedures, enhancing machine availability, product quality, and workplace safety. Collaboration with outside contractors will be essential to support larger projects and repairs.

Qualifications & Requirements
