Role Overview

• Execute conventional machining on lathes, mills, cylindrical grinders, and surface grinders.
• Heat treat metals to precise drawing specifications.
• Order raw materials and tooling to maintain machine shop inventory.
• Diagnose and repair production machinery, identifying root causes in a team environment.
• Install parts, conduct setups, adjustments, and performance testing.
• Assemble new machinery from engineering drawings and interpret blueprints for design improvements.
• Document all work in compliance with ISO procedures and safety regulations, including ESA standards.
• Participate in shift meetings, communicate breakdowns, and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications & Requirements
