Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of PLC experience and operations maintenance experience, plus 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project.
  • Strong project management skills, quick thinking, initiative, creativity, and the ability to challenge teams.
  • Proven leadership in dynamic environments, with skills in mentoring others to achieve results.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record strongly preferred, and indefinite right to work in the United States.
