  • Control inventory of parts and specialized tools, receive work orders from requesting departments, and prioritize safety in all planning.
  • Estimate jobs with detailed sequences, mechanic requirements, man-hours, labor costs, materials, and total expenses.
  • Maintain backlog files, attend production planning meetings to negotiate downtime windows, and follow up on execution with team leaders.
  • Review completed work orders, monitor progress, prepare reports, and analyze actual vs. estimated labor and materials to improve processes.
