Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a one-year fixed-purpose opportunity at our Little Island site in Cork, Ireland. In this critical shift leadership role, you will oversee the maintenance program to ensure machinery producing our concentrate products operates at maximum efficiency. Covering a 24/5 operation with some 24/7 systems, you will manage mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment, including software programming.   • Organizing maintenance for plant equipment and facilities, including reviewing method statements, risk assessments, LOTO, work permits, and service reports.
  • Liaising with production teams on machine uptime, analyzing data, and driving performance through KPI metrics.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules, updating CMMS systems like SAP PM, and supporting project handovers.
  • Providing technical support, root cause investigations, major breakdown reports, and detailed shift handovers.
  • Leading daily/weekly shift meetings, adhering to H&S and Quality standards, and delivering on global monthly Maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven people management of frontline unionized employees.
  • Solid understanding of plant and facilities technologies; beneficial experience with PLC & SCADA, fire systems, HVAC, boilers, and compressed air.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams; experience with computerized maintenance management systems (SAP PM) is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze reports, track supplies/spares, and ensure HSE compliance through risk assessments and safe practices.
