Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor (Reliability Execution Lead) at PepsiCo's Mesquite, Texas facility is a pivotal third-shift role (10pm - 6:30am) ensuring the consistent, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing lines. This position leads preventative and predictive maintenance programs, drives equipment uptime, and supports planning for maintenance days, overhauls, and rebuilds. With a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement, safety, and service, you will oversee a team of facilities department team members. Team Leadership and Development

Build and motivate a high-performing maintenance team by deploying 5S and visual factory concepts to boost asset utilization. Develop capabilities through hiring, training, feedback, and effective employee relations. Administer policies, deliver change leadership, and communicate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues while minimizing people impact.
