Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring minimal downtime for critical equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, scrubbers, wrapping machines, and conveyors. You'll repair and replace essential parts like wheels, brakes, batteries, bearings, gearboxes, rollers, belts, motors, photoeyes, and relays. Additional duties involve reading manuals and work orders, maintaining spare parts and shop inventory, logging repairs in maintenance software, using hand/power tools and material handling equipment, setting up machinery for distribution teams, and performing general facility maintenance while upholding Environmental Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

This role is accessible for motivated individuals with 1-2 years of experience, though equivalent work history is valued. A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred. At this level, you'll apply acquired knowledge to standard tasks, learn new methods quickly, maintain necessary licenses and certifications, handle routine problem-solving within standard operating procedures, adhere to quality guidelines, and work under moderate supervision with regular output reviews.
