• Working with Maintenance Coordinators and Operations to plan and develop PM procedures for equipment.
• Championing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), assigning technical resources to address root causes.
• Managing job assignments for contractors and driving contractor safety via HSE Management Systems.
• Maintaining strict discipline in planning, scheduling, and work prioritization, including change/risk assessments.
• Leading maintenance and reliability efforts to improve equipment uptime and field activities.
• Participating in incident investigations and establishing procedures for all work activities.
• Identifying skill requirements for company and contract personnel while driving continuous improvement philosophies.

What We Are Looking For

Basic/Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Current/valid driver's license.
• 1+ years of experience in compression/rotating and gas dehydration equipment.
• Willing to travel 10% yearly and relocate within 40 miles of Kenedy, TX.
• Physically able to climb ladders/stairs, lift/transport 50 lbs, and perform maintenance tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation).
