  • Working with Maintenance Coordinators and Operations to plan and develop PM procedures for equipment.
  • Championing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), assigning technical resources to address root causes.
  • Managing job assignments for contractors and driving contractor safety via HSE Management Systems.
  • Maintaining strict discipline in planning, scheduling, and work prioritization, including change/risk assessments.
  • Leading maintenance and reliability efforts to improve equipment uptime and field activities.
  • Participating in incident investigations and establishing procedures for all work activities.
  • Identifying skill requirements for company and contract personnel while driving continuous improvement philosophies.
