Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet these essentials:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Pass a technical assessment covering job-critical maintenance knowledge.
• Have experience with mechanical systems (e.g., gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings).
• Demonstrate proficiency with product manuals, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings (hydraulics, pneumatics).

Helpful Experience

Stand out with experience in:

• Basic electrical systems (starters, fuses, relays).
• Compressors, ammonia/refrigeration systems, conveyors, and airveyors.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting, electronics (VFDs, probes), gearing, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, schematics, SERVO motors, PLCs, and kinematics.
• High-speed packaging production, preventative maintenance software, and team-based environments.
