As a Maintenance Technician (Storingstechnieker) on permanent night shift at PepsiCo's Veurne plant, you'll be the hero behind our 11 fully automated production lines. After an initial training period, you'll work fixed nights in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This full-time role offers immediate permanent employment, focusing on troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement in a collaborative team of about 15 colleagues. Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent Dutch communication skills for safe operations in the production area.
• Technical education or experience in electromechanics, electronics (e.g., TSO, graduate/bachelor studies, or equivalent).
• Strong logical insight, problem-solving, and root cause analysis expertise.
• Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset: independent, precise, quality-oriented, with hygiene awareness.
