  • Queue Triage & Escalations: Help triage support queues, prioritize escalations, and follow up directly with Japanese customers.
  • Customer Dispatch: Participate in queue rotation to dispatch requests, delivering timely technical support.

  • Incident Response: Coordinate during outages, gathering first-hand customer insights for Product and Engineering teams.
