Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Manage, develop, coach, and mentor Premier Support Engineers, Federal Support Engineers, and people managers handling client requests.
  • Reproduce, troubleshoot, and dive deep into Datadog’s 400+ integrations for seamless customer resolutions.
  • Act as the owner for your team’s performance—conduct reviews, performance plans, and handle employee relations for direct reports.
  • Partner with Support team senior leadership to drive projects improving productivity, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations, serving as a key resource for resolutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical expertise, and client-centric problem-solving.
  • Contribute to multi-channel support including demos, presentations, and educating potential clients.
  • Lead initiatives ensuring existing customers are happy, successful, and leveraging Datadog's full observability stack.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize team performance and customer outcomes in cloud monitoring.
