As Manager - Capex and Engineering Procurement, your day-to-day will involve hands-on leadership in procurement operations. Key duties include:
Success is measured by procurement efficiency, cost savings achieved, compliance rates, and supplier performance KPIs, ensuring seamless execution of PepsiCo's capital projects.
