Key Responsibilities

As Manager - Capex and Engineering Procurement, your day-to-day will involve hands-on leadership in procurement operations. Key duties include:

• Expanding the preferred suppliers list through market intelligence assessments, categorizing suppliers (especially in civils and construction) for targeted tendering invites.
• Executing the TPDD process, liaising on documentation, and ensuring strict compliance and controls.
• Tracking and reporting SLAs, KPIs, and savings using agreed methodologies, while supporting Engineering and GP teams with supply market scans and shortlisting potential suppliers.
• Gathering RFx requirements, analyzing bids across contractual, cost, service, quality, sustainability, and innovation criteria, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Managing supplier communications, financial and reference checks, NDA processes with Legal, and training suppliers on Ariba eSourcing and eAuction tools.
• Reviewing contract requisitions for policy alignment, developing contracts with SLAs, uploading to Selectica, and driving process automation and standardization.

Qualifications & Requirements
