Key Responsibilities

  • Managing dashboards to track pre-negotiated savings from OEMs over five-year periods and handling as-built documentation with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring warranties, expanding preferred supplier lists through market intelligence, especially in civils and construction.
  • Executing RFx processes, including requirement gathering, evaluation, competitive bidding, and supplier financial/reference checks.
  • Supporting Ariba eSourcing, training suppliers on tools, managing NDAs with legal teams, and providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Reviewing contract requisitions for policy alignment, collaborating on SLA-inclusive contracts, and tracking performance via KPIs in tools like Selectica.

Collaboration and Compliance

You will partner closely with engineering, global procurement (GP), legal, and knowledge management teams to ensure all activities meet PepsiCo's standards for quality, sustainability, and innovation.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement administration for technical/non-commercial items.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and working knowledge of SAP MM, Ariba, Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
