• Manage partnerships with local PAGs and communities, integrating patient perspectives into protocol development.
• Serve as an internal champion for patient insights across product development.
• Identify and expand Gilead’s network of investigator sites aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Maintain therapeutic expertise for scientific discussions with site personnel.
• Share pipeline updates and gather field intelligence on competitive landscapes and patient pathways.
• Support study teams and CROs in trial delivery, from feasibility to closure, resolving enrollment barriers.
• Develop site risk plans to meet milestones like first patient visits and database lock.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• BA/BSc/RN with 8+ years of relevant clinical or life sciences experience, or MA/MSc/PharmD/PhD with 6+ years.
• Scientific/medical expertise in relevant therapeutic areas, including HIV, oncology, or inflammatory diseases.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical research landscapes and Clinical Operations.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with metrics-driven decision-making and risk mitigation.
