Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in a Sales Engineering team lead or mentorship role.
  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering or equivalent client-facing technical role.
  • Proven track record in team growth and development.
  • Experience recruiting both individual contributors and frontline leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring solutions, cloud technologies, and observability tools.
  • Ability to build and execute customer evaluation plans (POCs) and mentor others.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey business value and technical advantages.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
