  • Managing submissions to the sector team for related party transactions and collaborating with IBM support, auditors, senior management, and foreign entities.
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement of intercompany processes to boost efficiency.
  • Preparing and leading audits for related party transaction disclosures and employee-related costs in financial statements.
  • Conducting monthly Blackline schedule reviews, resolving complex reconciliations, and maintaining balance sheets for employee-related cost (ERC) accounts.
  • Ensuring accurate provisioning for ERC, providing variance analysis against Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and overseeing payroll cost postings and reconciliations.
  • Leading preparation of Employee Related Costs reports, vendor invoice reconciliations, and statutory filings.
  • Overseeing annual bonuses, year-end true-ups, and delivering tailored monthly/quarterly reports to departmental stakeholders.
