As Manager, Corporate Sales in Reading, United Kingdom, you'll lead a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives in the EMEA Commercial organization. Your focus will be driving new logo acquisition, developing top sales talent, and cultivating a high-performing hunter culture. This full-time role demands a relentless focus on exceeding $4-6M annual new logo ARR targets while achieving consistent 100%+ team quota attainment and 85%+ retention. Lead, coach, and develop your team of 6-8 Account Executives. Drive them to surpass new logo ARR goals, maintain 100%+ quota attainment, and uphold 85%+ retention rates. Inspire through weekly 1-on-1s, energizing team meetings, real-time call coaching, and customized performance plans.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls, ensuring 3x+ coverage. Deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts to leadership, monitor deal progression, and eliminate blockers for seamless execution.
Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, address underperformance swiftly, and celebrate top performers. Implement improvement plans as needed to foster continuous growth.
Hire elite hunter talent, deliver 30/60/90-day onboarding programs, and ramp new hires to full productivity within 90 days.
Execute regional sales strategies, partner with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams, represent your team in leadership forums, and drive best practice sharing.
To succeed, you'll need 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams and 3-5 years as an individual contributor with proven quota overachievement. Demonstrate a track record of building teams with 80%+ quota attainment while managing 6-10 direct reports. Strong coaching, performance management, prospecting methodologies, hunter sales motions, Salesforce, and sales analytics skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is preferred. Bonus points for cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS experience, MEDDPICC certification, remote team management, and promoting team members.
