Join CrowdStrike as Manager, Corporate Sales (Benelux) in Barcelona, Spain. In this pivotal role within our EMEA Commercial organization, you'll lead a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives (mixed Comm 1 and Comm 2) to drive new logo acquisition. Your focus will be building a high-performing hunter culture, developing top sales talent, and achieving $4-6M in annual new logo ARR. This position offers the chance to shape the future of cybersecurity sales in the Benelux region while thriving in our remote-first environment.
Lead, coach, and develop your team to exceed targets, consistently hitting 100%+ quota attainment and maintaining 85%+ retention. Inspire through weekly 1-on-1s, energizing team meetings, and real-time coaching on calls, demos, and negotiations.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, ensure 3x+ coverage, and deliver accurate forecasts. Monitor deal progression, remove blockers, and drive strategic execution in collaboration with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Set clear expectations, address underperformance swiftly, recognize top performers, and manage improvement plans. Hire elite hunter talent, execute 30/60/90-day onboarding, and ramp new hires to productivity within 90 days.
To succeed, bring 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams and 3-5 years as an individual contributor with proven quota overachievement. Demonstrate a track record of building teams with 80%+ quota attainment while managing 6-10 direct reports. Expertise in coaching, performance management, prospecting methodologies, hunter sales motions, Salesforce, and sales analytics is essential. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are preferred.
Bonus Points: Cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS experience; MEDDPICC certification; managing remote teams; promoting team members; prior top-performer status.
