Role Overview

As Manager, Data & Analytics for Cardinal Health's at-Home Solutions division, you'll lead a high-impact team transforming raw data into strategic revenue growth and cost efficiencies. This hands-on leadership role reports into the Data & Analytics function, overseeing the full analytics lifecycle—from data platforms to AI/ML modeling. Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of the at-Home Solutions analytics team into a modern, AI-enabled organization aligned with Cardinal Health’s Data City Plan.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics to unlock insights generating revenue growth and operational cost savings.
• Build and manage scalable data foundations and analytics infrastructure in partnership with enterprise data teams using platforms like GCP, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Serve as hands-on technical leader, guiding data engineering, analytics development, and AI/ML solution delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable, data-driven solutions supporting strategic goals.
• Foster high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development while ensuring data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Manage operations including planning, budgeting, vendor relationships, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring 8+ years in data & analytics, including 4-5 years in leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred. Key expertise includes:

• Proven hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics development, or AI/ML delivery.
• Strong command of cloud-based platforms like SQL DB, GCP, BigQuery, Databricks, EDnA, or Snowflake.
• Demonstrated success leading digital transformations with measurable business outcomes.
• Preferred: Direct-to-patient DME, pharmacy sales, revenue cycle management, logistics/supply chain, or healthcare analytics experience.
• Skills in value stream mapping, data governance, agile methodologies, and product-centric delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building abilities.

This level manages department operations, supervises professionals, develops policies, and resolves issues across management levels with short-term impact on processes and customers.
