Position Summary

As Manager Digital Apps & OT at Sonoco Performance Hub, India, you will report to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in optimizing digital applications and operational technology. This position directly impacts Sonoco's cost structure, P&L, and operational efficiency. You will lead category strategies for goods and services, ensuring competitive costs while supporting business units with best-value solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop visionary long-term strategic plans for category spend areas aligned with business goals.
• Ensure supply base capabilities support current and future needs through robust category strategies.
• Manage project pipelines for sourcing, demand management, and productivity improvements.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships, define KPIs, and maintain performance scorecards.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on spend data, market trends, benchmarking, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Supply Management (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in Supply Management or leadership roles, handling $25-$100MM annual spend.
• Proven track record in cost reduction, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
