Role Overview

As Manager, Ethics and Compliance at Cardinal Health, you will provide strategic leadership within our Ethics & Compliance function. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive risk assessment program, identifying, prioritizing, and assigning accountability for compliance risks, integrating data from other functions.
• Manage ethics and compliance policies, ensuring regular reviews, stakeholder input, industry benchmarking, and harmonization with acquisitions.
• Lead the Compliance Center of Excellence auditing and monitoring program using a risk-based approach tailored to business processes.
• Coordinate global Compliance Week events, partnering with communications for intranet content, articles, and initiatives.
• Support information governance to enforce records retention and meet business needs.
