In this role, you'll articulate how current security solutions are designed, deployed, and why they're failing. Lead Enterprise Sales Engineers in revolutionizing customer beliefs about next-generation endpoint technology via the Falcon platform. Key duties include:

  • Leading a team focused on endpoint and network security, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering as the technical bridge for prospects, customers, escalations, and feedback.
  • Presenting to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, with excellent communication skills.
  • Driving solution alignment across federal customers, leveraging your extensive infosec contacts and references.
  • Mentoring talent and ensuring platform alignment with federal compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring a proven track record in federal sales engineering. Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience leading Federal Civilian Sales Engineering teams.
  • CJIS clearance.
  • Strong technical aptitude and sales engineering background or 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to travel as required and work independently as a self-starter.
