Key Responsibilities

Innovation P&L Management

Brand Performance Reporting

Deliver weekly and periodic reports on brand performance, incorporating deep insights from sales data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks. Use data storytelling to highlight key drivers of growth and areas for improvement.

Forecasting & Financial Modeling

Create granular SKU-level forecasts, pricing and mix models, and sensitivity analyses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine assumptions and enhance forecast accuracy for better decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates need 7-9 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Analytics, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), Power BI, Power Query, and IRI or similar insight tools is essential. A strong grasp of P&L statements, forecasting methodologies, and data storytelling is required. Preferred qualifications include CA, CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
