• Providing support for External and Corporate audits, including P&L reviews with CFOs and Business Partners.
• Handling CoC submissions and controls for variance analysis on NoPBT and Balance Sheet.
• Managing G&A accruals, monthly decks for PBR/Fcst, and AOP support.
• Owning planning processes for COGS, Distribution, and A&M/STB in TM1, collaborating with PGCS and local plants.
• Conducting DII reviews, C2 dashboard checks, MCM Plan reviews, and ad-hoc requests like transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet these criteria:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance Planning positions; FOBO business experience is a strong plus.
• Required qualifications: CA, MBA, or CMA.
• TM1 experience highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial planning, control, and auditing processes.
• 100% fluency in English for seamless global collaboration.
