Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll lead critical financial processes to support PepsiCo's commercial objectives:

• Prepare channel partner reports with variance commentary, business performance insights, and scenario analysis.
• Own delivery of Innovation P&L alongside Marketing and Commercial Finance Analysts, presenting in key forums.
• Create and present management decks covering volume, price, mix, net revenue, region, channel, brand, and customer performance vs. plan, forecast, and prior year.
• Conduct month-end forecast analysis, JV ownership, and driver-of-change commentaries.
• Build and maintain Excel models for AOP consolidation, sales estimates, and landing commentary.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend improvements in revenue and trade spend.
• Lead transformation projects and handle ad-hoc data requests and weekly performance reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Manager - Finance at PepsiCo, candidates should possess:

• 7-8 years of experience in finance, planning, and accounting within FMCG or similar sectors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce, business administration, or economics, with a high level of finance expertise.
