Key Responsibilities

As Manager - Finance, your core duties include:

• Adhering to monthly timelines for Month-End Close, Forecast, Reporting, and Pre-MEC work.
• Downloading reports from SAP and generating detailed spend reports by function, ensuring reconciliation with source systems.
• Working closely with budget owners to challenge expenditures, support ICC function owners, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Supporting standardization and optimization initiatives in collaboration with the OPEX Manager.
• Improving team ways of working by identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Partnering with US-based FP&A teams for precise P&L reporting and process adherence.
• Developing a deep understanding of global functions' financial objectives to act as an effective business partner.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with budget owners, function heads, and ICC C&B teams.
• Promoting ICC ways of working, culture, and values across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a strong preference for a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience, particularly in FP&A, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly master in-house software like IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) – highly preferred.
• Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration, with multicultural experience.
• Team player mindset with exceptional attention to detail, organization, planning, and time management.
