Role Overview

The Manager, Finance Operations (Employee Corporate Card Services) oversees end-to-end card and expense processes at Cardinal Health. This hybrid role, based in Dublin, OH, requires 1 day per week in the office and the rest remote. You'll lead a team of approximately 27 professionals, including 2 full-time employees in Dublin and 25 outsourced offshore staff. Key focus areas include SOX compliance, employee expense reimbursement, process transformations, and cross-functional partnerships with Travel, Ethics & Compliance, M&A, Accounting, Operations, and auditors.   • Leading the expense reimbursement process for Cardinal Health employees nationwide.
  • Spearheading process improvements, Blackbelt projects, system integrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with internal teams like Concur, Ethics & Compliance, Accounting, and external auditors.

Leadership and Operations

You'll manage department operations, supervise professional staff, develop policies, and resolve issues across management levels. Decisions impact short-term processes, outcomes, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to gain consensus on complex projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
