The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Corporate, reports directly to the Director of FP&A - Corporate Segment and enjoys high visibility with top executives including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. This strategic role coordinates corporate long-range planning, budgeting, and reporting used for CEO updates, Board presentations, and Investor Relations guidance. As the primary finance partner to Corporate functions, you'll manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, delivering actionable insights that drive business value.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles, with preference for corporate or strategic FP&A exposure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a large-scale organization.
