Role Overview

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Corporate, reports directly to the Director of FP&A - Corporate Segment and enjoys high visibility with top executives including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. This strategic role coordinates corporate long-range planning, budgeting, and reporting used for CEO updates, Board presentations, and Investor Relations guidance. As the primary finance partner to Corporate functions, you'll manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, delivering actionable insights that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

In this high-impact role, you'll lead critical financial processes with precision and foresight:

• Prepare and present management reports and corporate disclosures, ensuring data integrity and timely updates for leadership.
• Coordinate monthly results reviews, forecasts, long-range strategic and financial plans, and annual budgets.
• Deliver real-time performance analysis, implications, and actionable recommendations to influence decisions.
• Create executive materials, including financial analysis and commentary, for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.
• Apply a process improvement mindset to enhance efficiencies across planning and reporting functions.
• Maintain robust financial controls and protect company assets with an enterprise stewardship approach.
• Provide strategic financial input to business leaders on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate capital.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• 8-12 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles, with preference for corporate or strategic FP&A exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a large-scale organization.
